What benefits do paid plans offer?
All paid plan users receive: access to all platform mockups and access to the Exclusive Group on Whatsapp
How does the quantity of mockups work?
The quantity of mockups is just a limit (not credits). For example, if your plan has 50 mockups, this means you can create up to 50 mockups in that month. Every time the 30-day period ends, the limit is renewed.
Do unused mockups accumulate?
No, unused mockups do not accumulate. For example, if your plan has 50 mockups and you only created 30, next month you will have 50 mockups again, not 70.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept only credit card. The renewal is automatic, both for the monthly and annual plan, but you can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the plan until the end of the one month period. After this period, you will not be charged again.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you want. If you change to a more expensive plan, the difference will be charged on the next invoice.
How does the limit of online devices work?
This limit refers to how many devices can be online using the site with your account at the same time. For example, if you have a plan with a limit of 2 devices, this means you can be logged in on up to 2 devices at the same time. If you try to log in on a third device, you will be logged out of one of the other two.
What are my rights to generated mockups?
You can use the mockups for any final purpose, whether personal or commercial. That is, you can use mockups to represent your products or designs, and send them to your end customers, or publish them in online stores, social networks, etc. You can change the mockups, add texts, images, logos, etc. You cannot, however, resell the mockups (for example, instead of another person or company using the website, you charge to make the mockups for them). You also cannot use the mockups to create a service similar to ours.
